Meanders of the lower course of the Svratka River - present state and historical development
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje výzkumu morfologických změn meandru na řece Svratce na lokalitě u obce Velké Němčice. Lokalita je zajímavá především postupným odškrcováním meandru a zanášením jeho starého koryta. Základ práce spočívá v analýze historických snímků a granulometrie sedimentů v ripariánní zóně. Cílem práce je především popsat procesy podmiňující změnu morfologie meandru.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with research of morphological changes of meander of river Svratka on locality near village Velké Němčice. This locality is interesting especially due to progressive cutting of the meander and filling up of the oxbow lake by sediment.
