RNA Virus of CNS - Determination by Molecular Biology Methods
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá RNA viry, které postihují centrální nervovou soustavu. Nejdůležitější z těchto virů jsou taxonomicky rozděleny a popsány. Dále je zde poukázáno na metody sloužící k jejich detekci, zejména RT - PCR. Poslední kapitola pojednává o možnosti nových detekčních metod.
Abstract:
Bachaletor´s thesis deals with RNA viruses, which affect the cental nervous system. The most important of these viruses are taxonomically classified and described. Futhermore, the thesis is about methods used for their detection, especially RT - PCR. The last champer discusses the possibilities of new detection methods.
