Abstract:
Práce se zabývá odkazy na mravními instituty v českém soukromém právu, především ve vztahu k právu obchodnímu. Přitom je největší důraz kladen na význam samostatného odkazu na mravní normy v obchodním právu a na přístup soudů k využívání tohoto institutu.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis deals with the usage of double reference to moral norms in Czech private law and on the attitude of the Czech courts working with this legal regulations.
