Tématem této diplomové práce je nové ochranné opatření v českém trestním právu, zabezpečovací detence. Analyzuji důvody, které vedly k jeho zavedení, ale i problémy s tím související. The topic of this dissertation is a new preventive measure in the Czech criminal law, protective detention. I analyse the reasons that leaded to admission, but also problems associated with it. I deal with European legal regulations and European protective detention institutes.
