Analýza zkušebních postupů zkoušek asfaltových pásů dle evropských a českých norem

Abstract:

Pro zajištění výroby asfaltových pásů s určitými kvalitativními parametry, je v dnešní době používáno několik normativních zkoušek materiálů na národní či evropské úrovni. Avšak přesná definice zkušebních postupů se zdá být nejednoznačně specifikována. Analýzou některých zkušebních metod asfaltových pásů se již ve své diplomové práci se shodným názvem zabýval student Termer (2019). Na problematiku stanovení plošné hmotnosti asfaltu diplomant ve své práci pouze poukázal, v návaznosti na to, bude toto téma dále zpracováno. Předmětnou oblastí zkoumání tedy bude stanovení plošné hmotnosti asfaltu, respektive polymer-asfaltu v asfaltových hydroizolačních pásech. Toto kritérium asfaltového pásu je důležité zejména proto, že nositelem hydroizolační schopnosti je právě asfalt, a proto jsou v některých státech stanoveny požadavky na množství asfaltu v asfaltových pásech. V práci je poukázáno na postupy, kterými je možné množství asfaltu stanovit. Na vzorcích asfaltových pásů jsou pak jednotlivé metody navzájem komparovány. Množství asfaltu je stanoveno výpalem (žíháním, kalcinací) nebo extrakcí pomocí vybraných typů rozpouštědel v Soxhletově extraktoru.

Abstract:

Today, we use various material tests to ensure the production of waterproofing bitumen sheets in certain quality. These tests are defined by Czech or European standards, even so it seems the definions aren’t clearly specified. Student Termer (2019) focused on analysis of some bitumen sheets test methods in his thesis with the same title. However, he only referred about problematics of the determination of the mass of bitumen in waterproofing bitumen sheets. Following this, my thesis discuss about this topic and is further processed. The determination of the mass of bitumen (polymer-bitumen) in waterproofing bitumen sheets is the research area of this thesis. This attribute is especially important, because bitumen plays a major role in mediating waterproof ability of bitumen sheets. That is the reason why the mass of bitumen in bitumen sheets is required in some countries. In the thesis are specificated methods and procedures for determinating of it. These methods are compared on laboratory specimens of bitumen sheets. The mass of bitumen is determinated by calcination or extraction using various solvents in Soxhlet extractor.
