Práce je věnována právní úpravě eutanazie v České republice. Nejprve jsem eutanazii determinovala a podrobila ji komparaci. Následně jsem nahlédla do dějin a procesu právní úpravy. Vzhledem k tomu, že je nutné tento problém řešit komplexně, věnovala jsem se rovněž právní úpravě vybraných států. The work is devoted to the legislation of the euthanasia in the Czech Republic. First I defined and made a comparative analysis of euthanasia. Then I looked at the history and the evolution of its legal framework.
