Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to describe the Victorian Gothic era in literature, develop its characteristic aspects and demonstrate them with concrete examples. In the second part of the thesis I analyzed the authors and their novels in connection with Freud's theories and then I tried to find a connection between the lives of the three concrete authors and their novels.Abstract:
