Attitude of teachers and school leaders to terms of supervision at the primary school

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se nazývá Postoj učitelů a vedení školy ke smyslu supervize na ZŠ a je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část seznamuje především odbornou veřejnost s pojmem a pojetím supervize v obecném měřítku, přibližuje její formy, důležitost kontraktu a nabízí možné instituce, které ji poskytují. Následně vymezuje supervizi v kontextu školy, popisuje role jednotlivých účastníků procesu supervize a upozorňuje na překážky, které se mohou naskytnout. V rámci výzkumného šetření se práce zabývá hlavní otázkou, jak je pojem supervize ukotven v povědomí pedagogů a ředitelů základních škol a zda se možnosti supervize využívají. Následně zjišťuje míru informovanosti pedagogů a ředitelů o významu a možnostech supervize a nejčastější důvod jejího využití.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is called Attitude of teachers and school leaders to terms of supervision at the primary school and is divided into two parts. The theoretical part acquaints mainly specialized public with the term supervision and its concept in general scale, approaches its forms, the importance of contract and offers possible institutions, which provide it. Furthermore, it delimits the supervision in the context of school, describes role of individual participants of the supervision process and forewarns about obstacles which may occur. In the scope of the research framework, the thesis deals with the main question, which is how is the term supervision attached in the subconscious of pedagogues and headmasters of elementary schools and if the possibilities of supervision are utilized. Subsequently, it inquires the scope of awareness of pedagogues and headmasters of importance and possibilities of supervision and of the most common way of its application.
