Abstract:

Má diplomová práce se zabývá tématem koučování dětí. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jaké přístupy používají učitelé při koučování dětí. Druhým cílem je popsat, jak probíhá hodina SOLE s koučovým přístupem učitele. Třetím cílem je odhalit důsledky koučovacího přístupu ve výchově a vzdělání žáků. Zvolený problém jsem vyřešila pomocí rozhovoru a pozorování. Tato práce je přínosná hlavně pro učitele, protože je informuje o podstatě koučování, výhodách a nevýhodách koučování dětí. Dozvědí se, jaká je role kouče ve výuce a jaké využívá nástroje. Výsledky této práce seznamují studenty, učitelé a širší veřejnost s projektem SOLE. Prostřednictvím výzkumu jsem zjistila, že metoda SOLE je určená pro jakoukoliv věkovou skupinu a na brněnské škole funguje teprve třetím rokem.

Abstract:

My thesis deals with the topic of coaching children. The aim of this work is to determine what approaches teachers use in coaching children. Another goal is to describe how the lesson Self Organized Learning Environment progresses with a teacher coaching approach. The third objective is to reveal the consequences of coaching approach in upbringing and pupils´ education. I studied the particular issue by means of conversation and observation. This work is beneficial mainly for teachers as it informs them about the nature of coaching as well as the pros and cons of coaching children. They learn about the role of the coach in the classroom and the tools used. The outcomes of this work acquaint students, teachers and wider public with the project SOLE. I found through research that the SOLE method is appropriate for any age group and it has been in practised only for 3 years at the Brno school.
