Cílem této diplomové práce je podat komplexní přehled právní úpravy smlouvy o péči o zdraví v České republice. Vzhledem k šíři tématu je nutné dodat, že záměrem nebylo podat vyčerpávající výklad o právní úpravě smlouvy o péči o zdraví. Abstract:
The main objective of this thesis is to give a comprehensive overview of the legal regulation of contract for health care in the Czech Republic. Given the broad scope of this issue it should be added, that the intention was not to give an exhaustive interpretation of the legislation on the contract for health care.
