Modern technologies in the rehabilitation of children with hearing impairment at an early and preschool age.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat rehabilitací dětí se sluchovým postižením v raném a předškolním věku s využitím moderních technologií. V teoretické části bude problematika sluchového postižení, jako je anatomická stavba ucha, etiologie, klasifikace sluchových vad, sluchová protetika a rehabilitační postupy. Dále bude podrobný rozbor moderních technologií a mobilních aplikací, které jsou vytvořeny přímo pro rozvoj dětí se sluchovým postižením. Cílem výzkumného šetření v empirické části bude zjistit, které moderní technologie jsou v rehabilitaci primárně využívané, a které z nich dětem nejvíce pomáhají v rozvoji komunikace. Také bude prověřovat, zda jsou pro děti motivací k lepším výkonům. Design výzkumu bude zvolen kvantitativní. Jako nástroj bude použit dotazník zaměřený na rodiče dětí se sluchovým postižením. Na základě výzkumného šetření budou formulovány závěry a doporučení pro speciálně pedagogickou praxi.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis will deal with the rehabilitation of children with hearing impairment at an early and preschool age using modern technologies. The theoretical part will address the issue of hearing impairment, such as the anatomical structure of the ear, etiology, classification of hearing defects, auditory prosthetics and rehabilitation procedures. There will also be a detailed analysis of modern technologies and mobile applications that are created directly for the development of children with hearing impairment. The aim of the research in the empirical part will be to find out which modern technologies are primarily used in rehabilitation, and which of them help children the most in the development of communication. It will also examine whether they are a motivation for children to perform better. The research design will be chosen quantitatively. A questionnaire aimed at parents of children with hearing impairment will be used as a tool. Based on the research survey, conclusions and recommendations for special pedagogical practice will be formulated.
