Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a následné navržení komunikačního plánu pro produktový segment "Smart Module" na trhu modulárních staveb. Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout a detailně popsat komunikační plán pro firmu Smart Module, který bude zaměřen na dvojnásobném zvýšení návštěvnosti webu, které dle zkušeností povede k vyššímu počtu zakázek a osvětu a vzdělávání laické veřejnosti v oblasti modulárních staveb. Analytická část zkoumá trendy v oblasti modulárních staveb a postavení konkurenčních produktů na trhu. Následně je provedena analýza cílové skupiny a stanovení klíčových komunikačních cílů. Na základě těchto poznatků je vypracován komplexní komunikační plán, zahrnující online a offline kanály, PR strategie a brandingové prvky. Diplomová práce představuje kritickou reflexi nad navrženým komunikačním plánem a nabízí doporučení pro jeho optimalizaci a úspěšné uplatnění na trhu modulárních staveb.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the analysis and subsequent design of a communication plan for the "Smart Module" product segment in the modular building market.The aim of the thesis is to design and describe in detail a communication plan for Smart Module, which will focus on doubling the number of visitors to the website, which, according to experience, will lead to a higher number of orders and awareness and education of the general public in the field of modular buildings. The analytical part examines the trends in modular buildings and the position of competing products on the market. Subsequently, an analysis of the target group and the determination of key communication objectives is carried out. Based on these findings, a comprehensive communication plan is developed, including online and offline channels, PR strategies and branding elements. The thesis presents a critical reflection on the proposed communication plan and offers recommendations for its optimization and successful implementation in the modular building market.
