Abstract:
Bakaláská práce popisuje nástroje benchmarkingu managementu systém norem ISO 9000:2001 a model EFQM Excellence, pomocí nichž mohou zástupci podniku sami ohodnotit stávající situaci všech oblastí ízení podniku. Zabývá se porovnáváním tchto nástroj benchmarkingu managementu zamených na komplexní pojetí kvality.
Abstract:
The thesis describes benchmarking management instruments the quality management system ISO 9000:2001 and the EFQM Excellence model. These systems help representatives of firms to self-asses present situation of all domains of business managing. The thesis compares these benchmarking management instruments, which are concentrated on the complex approach to quality.
