Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou postavení dítěte v pracovněprávních vztazích v českém právním řádě de lege lata. Zaměřuje se v souladu s mezinárodní a unijní úpravou na zpracování podmínek týkajících se zapojení dítěte do procesu a jeho zvýšené ochraně.
