Možnosti využití tkáňové oxymetrie u pacientů se subarachnoidálním krvácením z ruptury aneuryzmatu mozkové tepny
Possibilities of use of brain tissue oximetry monitoring in patients with aneurismal subarachnoid hemorrhage
Abstract:
Cílem práce bylo vyhodnotit možnosti využití monitoringu oxygenace mozkové tkáně (PbtO2) u pacientů s diagnózou subarachnoidálního krvácení z ruptury aneuryzmatu mozkové tepny. PbtO2 monitoring poskytuje cenné informace během operace i v pooperačním období. Operační záznamy demonstrují, že rostoucí doba manipulace s mozkovými cévami a použití dočasné svorky jsou rizikovými faktory poklesu PbtO2. Pooperační …moreAbstract:
The aim of the study was to evaluate the possibilities of using brain tissue oxygenation monitoring (PbtO2) in patients with a diagnosis of aneurismal subarachnoid hemorrhage. PbtO2 monitoring provides valuable information during surgery and postoperative period. Operating records demonstrate that increasing time of manipulation with cerebral blood vessels as well as the use of temporary clips are …more
