The penzion reform in CZ and EU

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce obsahuje základní informace o důchodové politice ČR s návazností na její koordinaci z EU. Nastává doba, kdy se následky demografických změn začínají významně projevovat. Nejvýraznější dopad mají na finanční stránku důchodového systému. Neudržitelnost důchodového systému je problematikou většiny Evropských zemí a nejen jich. Spolupráce mezi těmito státy a předávání si zkušeností je cestou k úspěšnému provedení důchodové reformy. Nutnost reformovat stávající systémy si začínají uvědomovat i obyčejní lidé, proto roste jejich zájem o penzijní připojištění. Nezbytným krokem ke zmírnění dopadů demografického vývoje, je vedle parametrických změn více motivovat občany k setrvání na trhu práce, zejména pak seniory.

Abstract:

This diploma work contains basic information on Income policy of the Czech Republic, with a connection to the EU. Nowadays it is the time when the consequences of demografic changes are starting to display significantly. They have the most considerable impact on pension system. Indefensibility of pension system is a problem of most European conutries and not only of them. The mutual cooperation between these states and handover of experience is the way to successful implementation of pension reform. Even ordinary people start to realize the necessity to reform current system therefore their interest in retirement income insurance is growing up. An essential step to the easement of the demographic development impact is, besides paramertic changes, to increase the motivation of especially seniors to stay on the market.
