Abstract:

Zaměření této diplomové práce se týká výchovné role křesťanského rádia, na niž je nahlíženo z pohledu jeho zaměstnanců. Cílem je zjistit, nakolik tuto roli pracovníci vnímají, jak s ní pracují a na kolik ji ovlivňují svým vlastním výkonem. Jedná se o teoreticko-empirickou práci, jež je orientována ke kvalitativnímu výzkumu. Výsledků bylo dosaženo za pomoci polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a jejich následným zpracováním. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří oblastí, které se věnují vzdělávání mimo školní instituce, médii a výchovou skrze ně a také křesťanstvím, jeho hodnotami i misijní činností, s níž toto náboženství souvisí.

Abstract:

This master’s thesis is focused on the educational role of Christian radio, which is viewed from the perspective of its employees. The goal of the thesis is to discover how much this role is perceived by employees, how they work with it and how much they influence it with their own performance. This is a theoretical-empirical thesis focused on qualitative research. The results were obtained with semi-structured interviews and their subsequent processing. The theoretical part is divided into three areas, in which it deals with education outside school institutions, the media and education through them, as well as Christianity, its values and missionary activities which this religion is related with.
