Práce nazvaná Práva a povinnosti členů statutárního orgánu kapitálové společnosti v tzv. „zóně soumraku“ si klade za cíl nejprve vymezit období tzv. zóny soumraku, včetně práv a povinností členů statutárního orgánu, které se s tímto obdobím pojí. The thesis entitled Rights and Obligations of the Statutory Body of a Capital Company in the so-called "Twilight Zone" aims first to define the so-called "twilight zone" period, including the rights and obligations of the members of the statutory body associated with this period.
