Anotace:
V diplomové práci byl testován soubor 69 genotypů meruněk z genofondové kolekce na Zahradnické fakultě v Lednici. Pro SSR analýzy bylo použito 9 SSR markerů (CPPCT27, AMPA123, UDAp-410, UPD96-005, ssrPaCITA7, ssrPaCITA10, ssrPaCITA23, PGS1.21, PGS1.23), poslední dva uvedené markery jsou navíc v úzké vazbě s lokusy rezistence vůči PPV. In this thesis, was tested a set of 69 apricot genotypes from the gene pool collection at the Faculty of Horticulture in Lednice. For SSR analyzes were used nine SSR markers (CPPCT27, AMPA123, UDAp-410, UPD96-005, ssrPaCITA7, ssrPaCITA10, ssrPaCITA23, PGS1.21, PGS1.23), the last two markers are also tightly linked to PPV resistance locus.
