Diplomová práca sa zaoberá manažmentom pohľadávok v podniku. Práca sa skladá z piatich kapitol. Teoretická časť popisuje problematiku manažmentu pohľadávok a pokračuje rozborom možností zaistenia pohľadávok, spôsobmi oceňovania pohľadávok a spôsobmi vymáhania pohľadávok.
