Proposals for streamlining the management of selected support processes in an enterprise.
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá podpůrnými procesy a jejich racionalizací za účelem zvyšování výkonnosti. Návrhy a doporučení vycházejí z provozní situace firmy Daikin Device Czech Republic s.r.o. Práce se zabývá procesy provozní strojní údržby a oblastí správy energií. Výstupem je výsledek doporučeného a implementovaného zlepšení procesů ve zmíněných oblastech Facility managementu v praxi.

The diploma thesis deals with support processes and their rationalization in order to increase the efficiency. The projects and recommendations accrue from an actual working situation of the Daikin Device Czech Republic ltd. Company.
