Abstract:

Bakalářská práce nese název Situace osob po propuštění z výkonu trestu odnětí svobody na trhu práce – rizika při hledání práce. Autorka nejprve pomocí odborné literatury definovala pojmy, které čtenáře uvedly do problematiky celé bakalářské práce. V charakteristice cílové skupiny, se autorka soustředila na charakteristiku pomocí etiketizační teorie spojené s Gofmannovou teorií totálních institucí a k dokreslení charakteristiky cílové skupiny použila statistické údaje vydané především vězeňskou službou. Druhou neméně významnou charakteristikou byl popis životní situace cílové skupiny, v níž se autorka pokusila tuto situaci nastínit z pohledu konceptu sociálního fungování od Harriet Bartlett. K podrobnější charakteristice i s aplikacemi v reálném životě autorka využila koncepci systemické teorie, která odděluje okolí cílové skupiny na tři systémy. Následuje identifikace nejvýznamnějších bariér a překážek při hledání zaměstnání po výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Hlavní výzkumná otázka se ptala: Jaké jsou nejvýznamnější bariéry osob propuštěných z výkonu trestu odnětí svobody při vstupu na pracovní trh z jejich pohledu? Odpovědí na tuto otázku tedy podle výsledků výzkumu je nízké vzdělání, zápis v rejstříku trestů, vysoký věk spojený se zdravotním stavem, stigmatizace kvůli minulosti. Výzkum byl založen na odpovědích tří respondentů. Existují však organizace, které mohou cílové skupině usnadnit nejen vstup na pracovní trh, ale také reintegraci do společnosti obecně.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is called Situation of people coming from imrpisonment to labour market – risks when finding a job. The author starts with the scientific literature to define terms that readers bring to the problem of the whole thesis. The author focused on the characteristics of the target group associated with labeling theory Gofmann‘s theory of total institutions and to illustrate the rest of the characteristics of the target group, she used statistical data issued by the Prison Service. Another equally important feature was the life situation of target group, in which the author tried to outline the situation from the perspective of the concept of social functioning by Harriet Bartlett. For the detailed characteristics with applications in real life the author used the concept of systemic theory, which separates the surrounding of the target group to the three systems. It is followed by an identification of the most significant barriers and obstacles in finding employment after prison. The main research question asked: What are the major barriers to people released from prison for entering the labor market from their own perspective? The answer to that question, therefore, according to research results is poor education, criminal record, old age connected with state of health, the stigma of the past. The research was based on the responses of three respondents. However, there are organizations that can facilitate the target group not only to enter the labor market, but also reintegrate into society in general.
