Práce byla zaměřena na proměření chemiluminiscenčních závislostí v těžké a lehké vodě. Pro měření emisních spekter a křivek vyhasínání chemiluminiscence byl užit spektrofluorimetr AMINCO Bowman Series 2 s upraveným nástavcem pro temperaci a míchání kyvetového prostoru. Abstract:
The work was focused on measuring chemiluminescence dependences in heavy and light water. An AMINCO Bowman Series 2 spectrofluorimeter with a modified attachment for tempering and stirring the cuvette space was used to measure emission spectra and chemiluminescence curves.
