The aim of this work is to evaluate the state and to analyse the potential of the natural regeneration of European larch (Larix decidua Mill.) in LHC ŠP Valšovice. The research was carried out in 1st age group stands and consisted of two parts – inventory and detailed survey. During the inventory the percentage of larch in stands was assessed.
