Abstract:
Anotace: Ve 20. letech 19. století odchází kolem 10 000 Čechů do rumunského Banátu, tehdy součásti Rakousko-uherské monarchie. Zde založili několik ryze českých vesnic. Z důvodu obtížné dostupnosti, odlišného národnostního původu a jiného náboženského vyznání se vyvíjeli izolovaně a s minimálním stykem s okolními komunitami. Approximately 10,000 Czechs left their homes in the 1820’s for Romanian Banat, in the period of the Austro-Hungarian empire. There they established several purely Czech villages. On the grounds of difficult availability, diverse national origin and different religion their development was unique.
