Ventilation in residential buildings

Abstract:

Téma bakalářské práce je nucené větrání obytných budov. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoreticko-metodologickou a aplikační část. V teoretické části je vysvětlen význam a důležitost větrání pro vnitřní prostředí bytových a rodinných domů. Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat poslední trendy v oblasti nuceného větrání obytných budov. Teoretická část představuje požadavky na větrání, které uvádějí platné zákony a vyhlášky. Dále je tato část zaměřena na systémy větrání, jejich výhody a nevýhody. Popsány jsou vzduchotechnické prvky, ze kterých se systémy skládají. Aplikační část tvoří návrh nuceného větrání ve dvou variantách pro konkrétní budovu. První varianta je řešena podtlakovým systémem, druhá systémem rovnotlakým. Návrh druhé varianty je ve dvou provedeních. Prvním je návrh podle doporučené intenzity větrání, druhé provedení vyhovuje doporučené dávce vzduchu na osobu. Na závěr bakalářské práce je porovnání variant.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is forced ventilation of the residental buildings. Bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical-methodological part and application part. In the theoretical part, there are explained the meaning and the importance of ventilation in inner areas of appartment blocks and family houses. The aim of bachelor thesis is to describe the latest trends in the field of forced ventilation of the residental buildings. In the theoretical part, there are introduced ventilation requirements which are under control of laws and regulations. Afterwards the part is focused on the advantages and disadvatages of the ventilaton systems. There are also described air-conditioning components which were used in systems. In the application part, there are described two variants of forced ventilation design of the specific building. There is solved underpressure system in the first variant and equal pressure system in the second variant. The design of the second variant is suggested in two versions. The first version is designed according to recommended ventilation rate. On the other hand, the second version sustains recommended the amount of the air per person. At the end of bachelor thesis there is the comparison of variants.
