Tato diplomová práce, která vychází zejména z odborné literatury a judikatury, se zabývá teoretickým rozborem jednotlivých druhů žalob v českém civilním právu procesním, a to včetně jejich srovnání. This present diploma thesis, based particularly on professional literature and judicial decisions, deals with the theoretical analysis and comparison of civil actions in the Czech civil procedure.
