Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na pojem, obsah, variabilitu a převoditelnost obchodního podílu ve společnosti s ručením omezeným. Touto problematikou se potom zabývá nejen z pohledu současné právní úpravy, avšak snaží analyzovat a popsat změny v souvislosti s rekodifikací, zejména s novým zákonem o obchodních korporacích.
