Abstract:
S účinností nového občanského zákoníku dochází k rozsáhlým koncepčním a systematickým změnám v oblasti nadačního práva. Nový občanský zákoník uchopuje právní úpravu přeměn fundací podrobněji a zavádí do českého práva více typů přeměn fundací než připouštěla předchozí právní úprava. Due to the efficiency of the new Civil code many conceptual and systematic changes are incorporated into foundational law. The new Civil code touches on and introduces more of transformations to foundations within Czech law than previous legislation had.
