Bakalářská práce přibližuje problematiku tréninků jednotlivých pozic v ledním hokeji v závodním období. Je zaměřena na pozici obránce. Mnoho trenérů neklade důraz na specializované tréninky, z čehož vyplývá několik herních a dovednostních nedostatků jejich svěřenců, a proto tato práce uvádí praktické příklady cvičení, které mohou ukázat trenérům, ale i hráčům, jakým směrem se vydat za účelem výchovy …more
Abstract:
The Bachelor's thesis describes the issue of training of individual ice hockey positions during a competition season. It is focused on the position of a defender. Many coaches do not put emphasis on specialized training which results in several game and skill deficiencies of their charges .
