Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o schopnostech jednokrokových extrakcí modelovat biodostupnou frakci arsenu v kontaminovaných půdách. Teoretická část práce obsahuje rešerši osudu arsenu v půdách a v organismech, které jsou s půdou v přímém kontaktu. This thesis is focused on ability of single extraction schemes to model amount of bioavailable arsenic in contaminated soils. Theoretical part of this work contains a review about arsenic fate in soils, vegetation and soil organisms.
