Cost calculations of additive manufacturing

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu nákladových kalkulací aditivní výroby. Jsou v ní shrnuty teoretické poznatky týkající se těchto oblastí: Průmysl 4.0 a jeho nové trendy, 3D tisk, materiály využívané při 3D tisku, typy 3D tiskových technologií a využití 3D tisku v chemickém průmyslu. Dále je bakalářská práce zaměřena na náklady aditivní výroby, aspekty ovlivňující dobu výroby a její náklady a nákladové kalkulace aditivní výroby. S využitím výstupů z teoretické části je následně zpracována kalkulace přímých nákladů výroby produktu affiblot, nově vyvinutého zařízení určeného k analýzám vzorků v biochemických laboratořích.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis is devoted to the topic of cost calculations of additive manufacturing. It summarizes theoretical knowledge related to the following areas: Industry 4.0 and its new trends, 3D printing, materials used in 3D printing, types of 3D printing technologies and the use of 3D printing in the chemical industry. Furthermore, the bachelor's thesis is focused on the costs of additive manufacturing, aspects affecting the final price and production time and cost calculations of additive manufacturing. Using the outputs from the theoretical part, the calculation of the direct costs of the production of the affiblot product, a newly developed device intended for the analysis of samples in biochemical laboratories, is subsequently processed.
