Analysis of services Czech POINT in frame Czech Post
Abstract:
Práce pojednává o problematice služby Czech POINT na České poště, s. p. Nejprve je teoreticky nastíněn produkt, poté zanalyzován současný stav využití služby. Dále práce obsahuje zpracování ekonometrického výzkumu a SWOT analýzu současného stavu, ze které jsou pak navrženy řešení vedoucí ke zlepšení situace.
Abstract:
Work deals with the problematic Czech POINT in the Czech Post. Is the first product in theory outlined, then analyzed the current status of the service. Further work includes the processing of econometric research and SWOT analysis of current status, of which the proposed solutions to improve the situation.
