Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na vzdělávání zaměstnanců České národní banky. Cíle systému vzdělávání vycházejí z celkové strategie a záměrů této organizace. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoreticko – metodologická část se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů vzdělávání, řízení lidských zdrojů a motivace zaměstnanců ke vzdělávání.
