Bioavailability of organic compounds in the environmental matrices
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je vypracování stručného přehledu problematiky biodostupnosti perzistentních organických látek (POP) v tuhých matricích (půda, sedimenty) a experimentálních metod umožňujících stanovení biodostupné frakce těchto látek v sedimentech. Podrobněji je diskutována problematika pasivního vzorkování POP ze sedimentu pomocí polyoxymethylenu (POM).
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor project is an overview of bioavailability of persistent organic pollutants (POPs) in solid matrixes (soil and sediment) as well as experimental methods for determination of the bioavailable fraction of these substances in the sediments. Passive sampling of POPs from sediment using polyoxymethylene (POM) is discussed in more detail.
