Proposed Inventory Management of the Selected Company
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na možný způsob řízení zásob v daném podniku. Je rozdělena na dvě části, a to teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část, členěná na několik kapitol, se zaměřuje na pojmy týkající se logistiky, skladování, zásob a jejich řízením. This bachelor thesis is focused on a way of possibilities for inventory management in the company. It is divided into two parts, the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part divided into several chapters focuses on concepts related to logistics, warehousing, inven-tory and their management.
