The Data Boxes in The Czech Republic - original expectation and present reality (project development and follow assessment)

Abstract:

V úvodní části práce se budu zabývat vývojem informačních systémů veřejné správy, proč vlastně tyto systémy vznikaly. V rámci práce se budu zabývat informačními a komunikačními technologiemi, které přispívají ke zjednodušení a zefektivnění komunikace občanů s úřady, ale i mezi úřady navzájem. Vzhledem k tomu, že tématem mojí práce jsou“ Datové schránky v ČR- původní očekávání a současná realita (vývoj projektu a jeho hodnocení)- především v české daňové správě, bude nosnou částí práce implementace zákona o elektronických úkonech a autorizované konverzi dokumentů do prostření daňové správy, a to jak z pohledu správce daně, tak i daňových subjektů. Cílem mé práce bude konfrontace projektu datových schránek s realitou a získání odpovědí na otázku „ splnily datové schránky původní očekávání?“

Abstract:

In the introductory part of my Bachelor thesis I will consider the development of information systems of the public administration, why did they actually come into existance. Within the frame of my thesis I will deal with information and communication technologies, which contribute to streamlining and simplification of the communication between citizens and administrative offices, however, also between the offices themselves. Due to the fact that the topic of my thesis is „Data boxes in the Czech Republic- Primary expectations and contemporary reality (development of the project and its evaluation) especially in the Czech tax administration“ , the structural part of my thesis will be the implementation of the law on electronic communication and authorized document conversion into the enviroment of the tax administration (from the perspective of the tax administrator and the taxpayer as well). The purpose of this thesis is to confrontate the „Data box“ project with the reality and to answer the question: „Did data boxes fulfil the primary expectation?“
