Základním cílem této magisterské diplomové práce je zjistit, jaké jsou motivátory dobrovolníků k dlouhodobému působení ve vybrané neziskové příspěvkové organizaci. The main aim of the thesis is to identify motivators of volunteers towards longterm volunteering in non profit organization. The theoretical part of the work explain the issue of motivation for volunteering. The main research method used is the standardized questionnaire Volunteer Function Inventory.
