V této diplomové práci se věnuji problematice důchodového systému v České republice. Upozorňuji na ekonomickou neudržitelnost tohoto sytému do budoucna a zmiňuji hlavní problémy s tím spojené. In this thesis I study the problems of the pension system in the Czech Republic. I point out the economic unsustainability of this system for the future and mention the main problems associated with it. I describe the pensions that are paid from pension insurance.
