Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice evropského veřejného žalobce v českém právním řádu. Nejdříve se zabývá historickým vývo-jem myšlenky vytvoření evropské veřejné žaloby, a to od prvních po-kusů o ochranu finančních zájmů EU, přes Corpus Juris, až po návrh nařízení o zřízení Úřadu evropského veřejného žalobce z roku 2013. The diploma thesis is about the European Public Prosecutor’s Office in the Czech legal order.
