Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem konstrukce modulárního užitkového vozítka, hlavní pozornost je upřena na podvozek modulárního vozítka, který má být lehký, a z toho důvodu se bude z velké části skládat z kompozitních materiálů. V práci je uveden současný stav techniky využité pro návrh vozítka. Poté je zde proveden průzkum trhu. V další části jsou navrženy tři koncepty, které jsou poté zhodnoceny a je z nich vybrán jeden, který je následně optimalizován až do funkční podoby. Poté je proveden výpočet odpružení konstrukce a následně vypracována výkresová dokumentace. Na konci práce je provedeno ekonomické a závěrečné zhodnocení výsledné konstrukce.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of modular utility vehicle construction, the main focus is on the chassis of the modular vehicle, which is to be lightweight, and for this reason will largely consist of composite materials. In the thesis is listed the present state of the techniques used for the design of the vehicle. Then there is a market research. In the next part, three concepts are proposed, which are then evaluated and one is selected for optimized to its functional form. Then is performer the suspension calculation of the construction and the drawing documentation is elaborated. At the end of the thesis there is an economic and final evaluation of the resulting construction.
