Abstract:
Od roku 2021 má Česká republika povinnost transponovat směrnici EU o ochraně osob, které oznamují porušení práva Unie. I přes promeškání lhůty stále nedošlo k řádné implementaci směrnice do vnitrostátního práva. Směrnice má za cíl poskytnout jednotný právní rámec napříč Evropskou unií a zajistit minimální standard vysoké ochrany oznamovatelů. Since 2021, the Czech Republic has been obliged to transpose the EU Directive on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law. Despite missing the deadline, the directive has still not been properly transposed into national law.
