Tématem této bakalářské práce je dlouhodobý majetek, se zaměřením na problematiku vlivu účetních a daňových odpisů na výsledky hospodaření a stanovení daňového základu vybraného podniku. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou dlouhodobého hmotného a nehmotného majetku, způsoby jeho pořízení, oceňování a odpisování. The theme of this thesis is the fixed assets, with the alignment on the impact of accounting and tax depreciation on operating results and determination of the tax base of the chosen company. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of tangible and intangible assets, methods of acquisition, valuation and depreciation.
