Abstract:
PSMA bylo popsáno jako potenciální nový nádorový marker pro CaP. Doposud se podařilo pouze semikvantitativní stanovení tohoto glykoproteinu v tkáni. Naší snahou bylo vypracovat spolehlivou analytickou metodu ke stanovení PSMA v krvi a tkáni a následně na základě získaných hodnot posoudit možnosti tohoto enzymu pro diagnózu a terapii CaP. Abstract:
PSMA was discovered as a potential prostate cancer marker in the late 80 of the last century. Only semiquantitative analyses of this glycoprotein in prostate tissue are available till these days.
