Předkládaná práce se zabývá studiem mechanismů buněčné smrti po působení látek s různým mechanismem účinku u buněčných linií A375, HT29 a Jurkat. The present thesis deals with study of the cell death mechanisms upon treatment of compounds with different mechanism of action in cell lines A375, HT29 and Jurkat.
