Tato práce se zabývá vývojem strukturálních fondů Evropské unie až do současné podoby. Charakterizuje význam regionální politiky, Evropského sociálního fondu, přičemž se zaměřuje na využívání programu OP VK. V aplikační části se zabývá problematikou a náležitostmi projektů pro čerpání finančních prostředků ze strukturálních fondů. This thesis is dealing with the development of the Strucktural Funds of zhe European Union until its current form. It characterizes the significance regional policy, the European Social Fund whereas it aids at the exploitation of the OP VK program.
