Abstract:
Téma mé bakalářské práce je “Trestání mladistvých – trestné činy páchané mladistvými“ na území České republiky. Toto téma jsem zvolila z důvodu, že kriminalita mladistvých je v poslední době velice závažná. Má bakalářská práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část obsahuje pět kapitol a praktická část zahrnuje mé vlastní dotazníkové šetření ohledně užívání drog mládeží v Praze.
Abstract:
The topic of my bachelor thesis is the “Crimes commited by youth and their punishment“ in the Czech republic. I have chosen this topic because the criminality of juveniles is very serious in current days. The bachelor thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts.
