Diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem platné právní úpravy vkladu do katastru nemovitostí jako základního druhu zápisu práv. Vysvětlením důležitých pojmů pro vklad, přiblížení fází vkladového řízení a postupů katastrálních úřadů s upozorněním na jejich vzájemnou provázanost.
