Diplomová práce se zabývá právy výkonných umělců, která jsou označována za práva autorskému právu příbuzná. Práce je zaměřena na oblast produkce audiovizuálních děl. V textu nalezneme definice klíčových pojmů v této oblasti, dále jsou popisována zejména jednotlivá práva výkonných umělců, manipulace s těmito právy a srovnání těchto práv s právem mezinárodním, komunitárním i se zahraničními úpravami …more
Abstract:
This thesis deals with rights od performers especially in the audiovision area. It consists of the definitions of the general terms connected with the topic, the description of the rights, copyright licence relationship and also the comparison with the international law, the law of European Union and also the law of foreign countries.
