Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vkladu do katastru nemovitostí. V práci jsou nejprve vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se katastru nemovitostí a popsány jednotlivé druhy a formy zápisů věcných práv. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of entry in the Land Registry. The thesis firstly defines the basic terminology relating to land registry, and describes individual types and forms of entries of legal relations.
